Offline Character Builder and CB Loader. Hi everyone. Among my New Year "resolutions" I have decided to run some 4e in I purchased a bunch of PDF from DMs Guild and I was able to re-activate my subscription to DDI. The online character builder is a drag to use nowadays due to Silverlight and I won't keep a subscription running forever. Since WotC just outright removed everything, couldn't they let things like PCGen roam free on 4th? Is there any not-dead link to the Offline Builder? Or any other app I don't know about who could do the same job? I really loved the Offline Builder, but seems every link I find are dead. The Silverlight builder wasn't WotC's original. The original was the offline character builder which people then updated via the CBLoader hack and a couple topfind247.co files to put in all the new stuff so you definitely had it all in there.
